About Rusty Beauquet
Rusty Beauquet is the pen name of a multi-genre author best known for his four mystery & detective and police procedural series which total nineteen novels to date. Beauquet, a retired Texas peace officer, adopted the pen name in 2022 when he published his first classic western fiction novel, The Reckoning, the first book in his Lone Rider series. Beauquet is a lifelong fan of Louis L’Amour, Zane Grey, Elmore Leonard, and many of the other legendary western writers. He lives in north Texas and has two daughters and four grandchildren.
